Custom OEM/ODM Bedding Fabric Manufacturer
We manufacture to your specification, not from a fixed catalogue — GSM, width, weave, finish and print are set per order.
Most bedding fabric listings show a fixed set of items: this weight, that width, take it or leave it. We work the other way. You bring the requirement — target GSM, panel width, weave, surface finish, print or plain, expected volume — and we come back with the construction that meets it, a swatch set cut from a production lot, and a specification sheet you approve before bulk. The ranges on this page describe what the loom can hold, not what happens to be in stock.

How to read this matrix. These are capability ranges, not a stock list. Every row is a construction we can build to your specification within the stated window; the extreme corner of a row — for example maximum width at maximum GSM — needs confirmation before quoting. Final specification is confirmed per order against the approval sample.
What can be customised
- GSM — specified within the range for each construction
- Width — 150 cm to 280 cm, to reduce cutting waste on wide panels
- Weave — plain, twill or sateen, or a base rebuilt to your structure
- Surface finish — matte, brushed, peach-skin or delustred
- Density — 190T is a common reference; warp and weft count set to your requirement
- Print — pigment or disperse route, tone-on-tone or full colour
- Colour — lab dip approved before bulk, white and ivory standard
- Roll length and packing — to your warehouse or container requirements
How a custom order runs
- RequirementYou send target GSM, width, weave, finish, print brief, expected volume and destination market. If you have a physical sample to match, send it — construction and hand-feel are easier to match from cloth than from a description.
- Proposal and swatchWe come back with the construction that meets the requirement, the GSM and width combination the loom can hold, and an indicative price band. A swatch set follows, cut from a production lot rather than a lab card.
- Specification approvalGSM, width, density, colour, finish and print registration are locked in writing against the approval sample. For printed programmes this is where a strike-off is signed off, so a design that looked right on screen is checked on the actual base cloth.
- Bulk productionProduction runs to the approved specification. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged, covering GSM, width, colour consistency and visible defects. Monthly capacity is around 1 million metres, which keeps repeat orders on short cycles.
Sampling and approval, in plain terms
Sampling takes 3–7 days and the approval sample is the document that governs the order — not the catalogue page. Two mills can supply the same GSM and still feel different, so the approval sample is what settles hand-feel, and on brushed or printed cloth it is also what settles surface character. We keep the approved sample on file so a repeat order is matched against the cloth you actually signed off, not against a number.
Quality and inspection
Every lot is checked for GSM, width consistency, colour against the approved standard and visible defects before packing. SGS third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment if your buyer requires an external report. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and ISO 9001 can be arranged for your order: tell us which certificate your buyer asks for and we confirm the scope, certificate holder and lead time before you quote. Colour fastness depends on the process: in the market, pigment printing commonly sits around grade 2 and disperse printing or dyeing around grade 4, and the target grade for your order is set per order, process and approval sample.

FAQ
What is the difference between OEM and ODM in your case?
OEM means we manufacture to your specification and your design — you own the pattern and the spec. ODM means you start from a construction we already run and we adapt it with you, which is faster because the base cloth is proven. Both end with a written specification and an approved sample.
Can you customise GSM and width together?
Yes, within loom limits. Wide width and heavy GSM pull against each other, so a 280 cm cloth at the top of the GSM range needs confirmation before quoting. Most combinations between 150–280 cm and the stated GSM ranges are workable; the extreme corner is not automatic.
What is the minimum order for a custom specification?
3,000 metres per colour, and 3,000 metres per design for printed programmes, because each colour or design needs its own setup. Sampling takes 3–7 days and bulk runs after the approval sample is signed off.
How do you handle density and T-count requests?
190T is a common reference structure for this construction, not a fixed specification across everything we make. If your requirement is a specific warp and weft count, send the number and we will confirm whether the loom can hold it at your target width and GSM.
What colour fastness can you commit to?
It depends on the process, so we do not quote a single number. In the market, pigment printing commonly sits around grade 2 and disperse printing or dyeing around grade 4. Tell us the grade your customer requires at enquiry stage, and the printing or dyeing route is chosen to meet it rather than corrected afterwards.
Are you certified?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and ISO 9001 can be arranged for your order. We confirm the certificate scope, the certificate holder and the lead time before you quote it downstream. SGS inspection can also be booked before shipment.
